I came into the store with a towel that I liked and needed advice to get the same look and feel for the bathroom floors. Kim took the challenge and was excellent in her advice. We used more than an hour going through different options weighing pros and cons and creating mood boards to really make sure we chose the right tile selections. She has great taste and goes the extra mile to make sure the choices I made were perfect. Because tiles is such a commitment this is super important.
